Walkerston State School is under enrolment management. This may potentially restrict students from being enrolled at our school if they currently live outside our catchment. Parents who are outside of our catchment and wish to enrol their child at our school are encouraged to contact the school and speak with a member of the school’s Administration team to discuss this. If you are unsure if you currently reside within our catchment, view our School Enrolment Management Plan. This page will allow you to access a website that will let you know if you are in our catchment. Alternatively, you can visit the school Administration and our office staff will be able to show you a map of our catchment area.
The following forms are required as part of the Enrolment process. These forms can be downloaded from the links below or copies are available at the school office.
All enrolments must have an interview with the Principal or Deputy Principal prior to commencement.
Students being enrolled in a Queensland State School for the first time will require the following documentation:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization record
- Passport and visa (if applicable)
